In the printed media Helsingin Sanomat Veikkaus says today (may 26 2011 p. B 11) it has not been investigating Ochieng ("'Viime kesänä MIFK:n pelit eivät olleet erityistarkkailussa', Veikkauksen urheilupelien tuoteryhmäpäällikkö Juha-Matti Mäkilä sanoi."). Instead the Finnish police is investigating him as you can read in the link I added in the article (in Finnish only, sorry).
