6-wheeler

Sources disagree about the name of the 6-wheeled FW08:

• F1 Fanatic (a blog), Ultimatecarpage.com, autoblog (a blog, obviously), YallaF1 and 0-60mag.com call it "FW08B", but
• 8W and The WilliamsF1 Database (an unofficial site) call it "FW08D"

The 1983 edition of Autocourse states that "[1983] cars known as FW08C (FW08B being six-wheeler project abandoned after change to regulations)", which would make sense given the chronology of the projects.--Midgrid(talk) 13:17, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

Last week's issue of Autosport magazine ("1982 retro" special) also refers to the six-wheeler as the FW08B.--Midgrid(talk) 19:21, 19 August 2012 (UTC)

Points scored

Looking at the 1982 F1 Constructors Championship it doesn't seem to be right. There were less points scored with the old car (FW07). I make it 14 points for the FW07 in 1982: 6 for Reutemann's second place in South Africa + 2 for Rosberg's fifth place in the same race + 6 for Rosberg's second place at the US West Grand Prix. How do you arrive at your total of 13? DH85868993 (talk) 12:54, 7 August 2015 (UTC)
