It is actually not well referenced – a brief check of some of the sources shows that many of the referenced bits are very poorly summarized without any understanding of the literature cited, some of them downright wrong. If you are ready to clean this mess up and take responsibility for it, we can certainly let it survive, but if it's just going to sit around uncorrected, it will be better to delete it.
