[edit]Is this the same William Waldegrave who has written forewords/essays about the Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series?
- Given the articles I quickly checked mention he named without explanation I think it's a safe assumption that it's the most famous WW which is certainly this article.
no mention of the scott report?
