Incorrect link to WP:Oklahoma

This article has been incorrectly linked to WP:Oklahoma. The subject has nothing to do with Oklahoma, but may have been confused with a similarly-named person, William Couch, leader of the Boomer Movement. I have removed the Oklahoma link from this page.
