Big Tobacco

This article uses the term, "Big Tobacco", for which there is an unsourced Wikipedia stub. The term is viewed as pejorative. I suggest finding a more neutral substitute, like naming the specific companies in the suit and thereafter, referring to them as "the tobacco companies."
