Star Trek: Movie Memories - contradiction with James Doohan article

[edit]

As I have noted at Talk:James Doohan, but thought I should flag up here as well, James Doohan's article (in the "After Star Trek" section) states that Doohan declined "to be interviewed by Shatner for Shatner's first Star Trek: Memories book about the show, nor did he consent to do so for Shatner's follow-up book, Star Trek: Movie Memories", but her it states that "Doohan was the only former Star Trek co-star who declined to be interviewed by Shatner for his first, 1993 memoir, Star Trek Memories. But Doohan did contribute to Shatner's sequel". This would seem to be a clear contradiction. Having not read Movie Memories I am not sure which is right (or if Doohan contributed without being interviewed by William Shatner), but I think this needs to be clarified to avoid the two articles suggesting completely different things about the book and James Doohan's connection with it. I don’t usually do this but want to say, how do you not mention “Senior Moment?” Great film featuring him at, imho, his best , & being so very real & likable. Just sayin. 166.181.248.198 (talk) 03:45, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Senior Moment is listed at William Shatner filmography. And feel free to go beyond "I don't usually do this..." and join in freely. Wikipedia is yours as much as the next guys. Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 14:15, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
