I don't understand why this biography has been redirected to Beverly when all source references about the man use the spelling Beverley.

Two separate sources list his place of birth as being Scarborough, North Yorkshire, in 1811? His father was managing the town's Theatre Royal at the time. The sources are: 'Scarborough Artists of the Nineteenth Century, A Biographical Dictionary'– 1997 (Anne and Paul Bayliss) and 'The Scarborough Book of Days' – 2013 (Robert Woodhouse).
