There is a problem about his supposed time in Parliament. It is said to have been for Woodstock (UK Parliament constituency); that is related here, in a verbose obituary. But that doesn't fit with the list. Charles Matthews (talk) 09:37, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
