"Whittemore Peterson Institute The WPI family has experienced a great loss today with the passing of Senator Bill Raggio. He was key to the institute's creation ,watching over it like a Father as he guided key legislative support. Words cannot express our feelings of our deepest sorrow for his family and his lovely wife Dale."
