This is an an unusually detailed and exhaustive WP article of a niche local figure with the overwhelming majority having no relevance to what it is that makes this person significant if at all. For example, there is no reason we need to know what Sullivan's hobbies are. This reads more like a promotional piece than a legitimate Wikipedia entry.

I recommend its removal or at the very least a significant reduction in scope and detail.
