The William Joel Blass page is not a résumé. As the author, I have no connection to the gentleman, and do not know him personally. But, his life-long accomplishments as a Mississippi State Legislator, State Supreme Court Justice, and University Professor meet the criteria for a Wikipedia article under WP:BIO.
