– The William Jephson who died in 1658 was a major-general and MP during the Commonwealth, and the William Jephson who died in 1691 was a reasonably prominent politician around the time of the Glorious Revolution, so I don't think the early 20th century cricketer should be the primary topic for this name. - Support per nom. Makes sense. Egsan Bacon (talk) 20:36, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- Support per nomination and Egsan Bacon. No WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 23:58, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- Support per nom, I suspect the cricketer was merely the first William Jephson article to be written. None of the pages get significant traffic but it's the earlier Parliamentarian who comes out on top. PC78 (talk) 05:38, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
- Support - none of the WJs stands out above the others. Cabayi (talk) 08:52, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
- Support - no clear PT. The cricketer happened to be created first in 2010, the older parliamentarian in 2011 and the priest in 2013. Spike 'em (talk) 11:01, 17 September 2019 (UTC)
