[edit]I believe that one should do his history here: Milt G. Barlow; was not a black person, although he did make the song "Old Black Joe" famous, and many persons did/do believe that in fact he was a black person. Please refer to the Bunches of Barlows website currently located at: http://www.barlowgenealogy.com/BOB/MiltB.html; so that you can in fact see that he was not a black person.
