The text flat-out states that it's taken from the International Encyclopedia of Business and Management; of course, the text is not online. The text has stayed essentially the same throughout every revision. This entry does not exist in the 1996 edition, though the encyclopedia's format is very similar; somebody should check the 1998 edition, to be sure. –Unint22:23, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
