Was this William Henry Parker III's grandfather, William Henry Parker I?

Can someone help find this out?

these link seems to say he was, as well as other info I've found out about him

as well as being mentioned on page 31 of James Ellroy's novel Perfidia which mentions these facts (served in the Union Army, member of congress) if someone has info on this subject or if I'm wrong correct me. thanks2601:E:8080:7B:718B:B50A:549A:450C (talk) 16:02, 23 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
