Regarding parliamentary work

The article originally stated 'He never spoke once and never took an active part in any parliamentary measures.<ref name=Cotton/>'. This is not true. Though hardly an impressive record for a member of some 15 years, he is recorded in Hansard thrice: http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/people/mr-william-feilden/
