I expanded and organized this article today despite continued cyberbullying, which may also account for problems with this locked laptop's touchpad and keyboard and failure to update. Because of the keyboard/touchpad issues, I have not tried to redefine the bioguide as that cited in the problematic "external links" section as footnote 1.Jweaver28 (talk) 23:10, 23 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
