Clean-up, sections

[edit]

I have broken up the article into sections and done some clean-up. Particularly, rm repeated refs to return to England. This was done to preserve the flow of the article. Short returns like for knighthood may be omitted, as they serve no purpose. Last line read returned to Europe, this was changed to England. Intend to work more on this based on some biographical essay here and the references provided in that essay. Prashanthns (talk) 23:35, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Knighthood

[edit]

If he was knighted doesn't that make him Sir William Broke O'Shaughnessy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.30.109.100 (talk) 01:17, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. As per the wikipedia naming conventions, knighthoods are not included in the name of the article. See for example articles on Arthur Conan Doyle or Ronald Ross. prashanthns (talk) 16:47, 21 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
