Birth and Death and probables
[edit]Whilst it's always difficult to be sure, from birth records it seems that he may have been born in the 4th quater of 1861 in Doncaster.
He most likely worked at the railway works in Doncaster, as did the other players in that first match at Rawmarsh. Cjwilky (talk) 13:26, 6 July 2017 (UTC)
