Stage or "Stage"?, disambig?, & should it even exist?

Since both this article's text and the IMDb link put quotation marks around Stage, shouldn't the article's title do so? Shouldn't he be linked on the William Boyd disambig. page? Given that this article seems more about "Hoppy" than "Stage," is its existence justifiable? This question is why I am not simply implementing the other two ideas myself.
