Unable to improve article

Willemina Ogterop seems like a notable woman artist, unfortunately everything written about her seems to have been written by her daughter Eveline Ogterop Krimgold. The two sources I cited are less than desirable https://localwiki.org/oakland/Willemina_Ogterop is an amalgamation of the existing wikipedia article combined with the daughter's wordpress site https://willeminaogterop.wordpress.com/ There is a self published work by the daughter The Stained Glass of Willemina Ogterop relying on Willemina's extensive notes.
