Furriers store at 3330 Wilshire Boulevard (photographed here in 1931) was an art deco dream. He really took his furs seriously, especially Chinchilla. He was deemed “The Chinchilla Industry’s Greatest Friend” because he developed the first nationally used grading system for Chinchillas, which was formally adopted by the National Chinchilla Breeders Board in 1947" ([2])
