"Majority" multi-family?

[edit]

I dispute the statement in the lead that says Wildwood is primarily multi-family. I'm from Saskatoon and have been in and through Wildwood many times and it's a primarily single-family home community. There is some multi-family development, such as off McKercher Drive, but look at it on Google maps and you'll see it's mostly single-family homes. The apartments and condos of the Lakewood Suburban Centre (Heritage Crescent et al) appear to be getting rolled into Wildwood, but even so that shouldn't be enough to render single-family dwellings a "sizable minority" (which is a redundant phrase, btw). 68.146.70.124 (talk) 14:20, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The neighbourhood profile document cited shows that only 920 of the 3,515 total dwellings in Wildwood are single-family homes. While the majority of the land area might be devoted to single detached houses, multiple-unit dwellings are the most numerous. The claim is not dubious, and I have removed the tag. FYI, I am also from Saskatoon and actually reside in Wildwood at present. --Drm310 (talk) 18:33, 25 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
