Confusing article
[edit]This article is confusing. It doesn't start with a clear definition, doesn't list any criticism at all, and is almost an orphan. The whole of it appears to be a very lengthy statement along the lines of "government agencies should work together".
I'm unsure whether to propose this article for deletion. IpseCustos (talk) 18:15, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
