Low Ratings
[edit]Who's Watching the Kids had very low ratings, even by circa 1978 NBC standards (which was the lowest rated major TV network at the time). This prompted much humor amongst commedians of the day.
An especially memorable joke about WWTK was uttered by Alan King. On one of King's variety TV specials, King posed the rhetorical question, "Who's Watching the Kids?" "Nobody."
