I'll review this, comments should be added soon! Kingsif (talk) 03:42, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Style

[edit]
  • Lead good length for article
  • First paragraph of lead could be split (probably best just before "As U.S. Attorney...")
  • First two sections could be merged into one titled 'Early life and military career' or even just 'Early life'
  • Well-written throughout
  • The later life subsection is appropriate in career, but since it's so short, it may fit better if included in a short intro paragraph of the whole Career section (above early career subsection header) - such an intro, with other chronological details, would in general be beneficial since the overall section is fairly extensive and well-divided.
  • Needs attention

Coverage

[edit]
  • Lead gives good overview
  • Sufficient info on early life
  • Career solidly comprehensive; good enough detail for GA, though I feel like more exists
  • Fair coverage of civic leadership; perhaps if quotes about his influence exist they could be added here
  • Very nice expansion on items in the Writings section
  • Personal life satisfactory
  • Pass - some ideas, though

Illustration

[edit]
  • Are there no images of him, a DA and State senator?
  • Good use of table at the bottom
  • Needs attention

Neutrality

[edit]
  • Good language throughout
  • Pass

Verifiability

[edit]
  • All sources look good
  • Everything cited
  • Pass

Stability

[edit]
  • Solid edit history
  • Pass
[edit]
  • Check looks good, mostly proper nouns flagged
  • No images
  • Pass

Overall

[edit]
  • Kingsif: Many thanks, very helpful. I've gone through and made some additional edits. I added some content to the "later life" section so I think the standalone section looks OK now. I tried to find a copyright-free image to add, but I haven't had any luck finding one. Neutralitytalk 02:56, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
