Pittsburgh Southern
[edit]I'm not clear if this tunnel was originally built by the Pittsburgh Southern Railway, the re-built by the B&O, or not. Pustelnik (talk) 02:51, 1 March 2009 (UTC) For the year ending December 31, 1881, the Pittsburgh Southern had no tunnel. Pustelnik (talk) 03:33, 5 March 2009 (UTC) The New York Times article ["Baltimore and Ohio's Cutt Off". New York Times. 3 July 1883. Retrieved 19 December 2010.] imples that the tunnel was there in 1883.Pustelnik (talk) 21:39, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
