Separation of articles?
[edit]I suggest separating this article into the disease and the taxa. There are existing examples of both forms, but because this article covers familia Nimaviridae, genera Whispovirus, and species White spot syndrome virus, also covering the disease white spot syndrome in the same article seems confusing. [edit]Many sctions do not refer to any sources. Esp. 'No treatments for WSS are available. ' does not refer to any date. ASIS it states that this may last forever ;-) --Ernsts (talk) 07:27, 11 September 2019 (UTC)

White spot syndrome → White spot syndrome virus – The article mostly covers the virus and has a corresponding infobox. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 16:05, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. Article is about the disease, not just the virus. Lead could be reworded to make that clearer. Station1 (talk) 05:28, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
