Title

Surely this should be "whisphering campaign"; that's the formulation I'm familiar with, and it has far more Google returns than "whisper campaign", which sounds wrong. -Ashley Pomeroy 08:52, 25 September 2005 (UTC)

Psychological Warfair technique

Wisper campaigns as a scare and/or extorcion tactic used by criminal elements. Silence the victum or cause them to migrate (forcefully).

The tactic is in overhearing or spying work in progress (high end wiretapping, computer, phone, opening of mail), and whispering (anonimously returning the information). The target becomes worried, scared, terrorized, or angred and commits mistakes in judgement. An advanced form of bullying using technological advancements. Applied by secret services, counter-terrorism, anti-corruption, et-al. Attempts to dislodge a particular target from a fixed position. The big brother is watching you technique.
Used in the following areas: social engineering (political agenda´s), psychological warfair, extorcion, strike breaking or creation, socialist and communist (and these days capitalist) activists campaigns.
A high end, multi-entity, technique to cause deeply imbedded social problems within a society.

The following are the regions where these tactics have been known to applied. (since 2001) Venezuela, Colombia, Aruba, United States, International Airports, public restaurants, malls, certain hospitals. The United States department of homeland security appears to be one of those that uses these methods. Harash travelers to ascertain if a database entry is a (false) positive or a (false) negative. (alleged security issues that come down to simple harashment and bullying techniques). Other international airports where this has been applied are the International Airports in Venezuela and Aruba.
One of the high-end techniques is to imbed vocal sounds onto radio waves received (ie: talk over radio that appears to be EMF interference, crosstalk). Sometimes used as an interrogation technique if there is a listening device installed.

Plausibly deniable, can cause the onset of squizofrenia and squizofrenic reactions.
