According to Subbrit this place used to have a station prior to the Beeching cuts of the sixties. This should be included, i will try and do it sometime when i have time. The great tent incident of 17 January 2007

Please can we restrict edits on this page to those which are of encyclopediac value only. "Might appear appear in the St Alban's Observer if they have a really slow news week" is not the threshhold for inclusion in an Encyclopedia article. See Wikipedia:Notability.
