[edit]The title of the song is "What Will MY Mary Say." "My" is left out of the title of this article.
Second, Mary would not be "angry and walk out;" rather, "her poor heart would break in two." The singer (Mathis) isn't so concerned about losing Mary as he is about hurting her.
