I've re-done the 'Combinations' section
Re my edit - The 'Combinations' section was nearly entirely Original Research into how big the number of combinations is. While the math is certainly sound and there are some references on how big those numbers are, there aren't any references linking it with the Westinghouse Sign, so there's no indication that it's relevant to this article (see WP:SYNTHESIS). The introduction to this section was very relevant to the article and could have been well-sourced but was already covered elsewhere in the article (with better references), so I pulled that content down and used it in the 'Combinations' section. -M.Nelson (talk) 20:02, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
