[edit]West Terre Haute has the title "hicks" because a lot of people are hicks...just because one person puts that down, dosent mean that it should be changed... In High School, on "hick day" most kids wore their normal attire... we call ourselves "west T." so that definitely shouldnt be taken out..
I'm not going to put this in the article, but my wife told me that in her days at ISU a standing insult for West-T (which I did put back in the article) was, "the only thing worse than a Hautean is a West Hautean."--MarshallStack 19:29, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned references in West Terre Haute, Indiana
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of West Terre Haute, Indiana's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 22:37, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
