Notable?

Hi @Djln:, I hope all is well, are there any reliable sources covering this league? At the moment it doesn't seem to meet WP:FOOTYN (Leagues whose members are eligible for national cups are generally notable.) and WP:GNG but I'm happy to be proved wrong if sources do exist.
