Wellman Advance Newspaper is in question as an acceptable link per WP:EL. The link has not been vetted by either McAfee SiteAdvisor or WoT. Due to filtering by various institutions, it is questioned whether or not this site should remain in the External Links section. I don't think that filtering, at least by the one on my college's server (for those who come in later — this is the filter in question), should be a big factor. One of my previous roommates was blocked from accessing his uncle's guitar store's website, because the filter thought it pornographic; I'm guessing that the filter is simply overly sensitive. On the issue of having a newspaper link, by the way, I think it's fine: plenty of articles on small communities link to newspapers as being useful sources of local information.
