"Janitorial" edit made by Weber Shandwick Employee

I am an employee of Weber Shandwick. Reference is made to the following instruction specifically directed to conflicted users in the template for requesting edits:

"Please make janitorial edits directly to the page; these include removing vandalism, correcting grammar or spelling, updating revenue numbers or improving the formatting of citations."

Per this guidance (and desire to not inconvenience other editors and to keep the information as factual as possible in a timely manner), I am notifying the community of the following "janitorial" correction that I made directly on the article:

  • Infobox: The first name of the firm's CEO had been misrepresented as "Alex". The correct name is Andy Polansky, per the source cited in the article. Another third party source.

My edit is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Weber_Shandwick&oldid=546314657

FYI the error was made during this edit of the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Weber_Shandwick&oldid=541453393

Thank you!

Yes, please feel free to keep the infobox updated, so long as you don't add long lists of executives or products. We could also use a logo image on a transparent background. The current one is on a white background, creating a white box within the grey infobox. CorporateM (Talk) 04:01, 27 June 2015 (UTC)

COI - Dislosure

I wanted to disclose that I have a conflict of interest. I understand what a conflict of interest is and want to make sure to follow Wikipedia's advice to editors with COI issues (WP:SCOIC). Ljruth (talk) 15:57, 12 May 2015 (UTC)

Proposed Addition to Recent History

I believe this below proposed edit will add to the objective understanding and knowledge of Weber Shandwick, making the article more informative and encyclopedic.
In May 2014, Weber Shandwick acquired Prime, an award-winning creative PR agency in Sweden, and its business intelligence arm, United Minds.

Hi Ljruth. I've written a bunch of our GA articles on PR orgs and History of public relations, etc. so I am probably the best person to answer this one. "Award-winning" is obviously not language that contributes to the "objective understanding" of the company, but I will add the rest. You may also want to take a look at Template:Cite news to make it easier for us in the future. CorporateM (Talk) 03:55, 27 June 2015 (UTC)
