Missing information about non-advertising web banners

Banners are not just advertisements. Just about every web page has a graphical banner at top that identifies the website. The article as I post this gives too much weight to advertisements and says nothing about non-ad banners. Do a Google image search for "parts of a web page" and you will see examples.
