I believe Mr. H. initially bought 15% of the Dolphins and 50% of the stadium from the Robbie's in the early 90's. He purchased the rest later on. He did not sell 45% of his STAKE, he sold 45% of the TEAM, which represented 95% of his stake (taking his ownership interest from 50% to 5%). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.241.240.30 (talk) 06:58, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
