Contradictions in sources - help needed to clarify

The information in some of the sources for this article seems contradictory, especially concerning the various forms of companies providing services and the number of municipalities and population served by them. It would be appreciated if a Portuguese native speaker familiar with the sector could verify some of the primary sources - in particular the comprehensive infoamtion in PEAASAR II - and correct any mistakes.--Mschiffler (talk) 14:00, 22 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
