I was wondering the same thing. It probably wasn't "get out of town, or else" if the practice was notable enough to deserve its own name. Who did the warning, what sort of things deserved warning, how were people warned, and what happened if the warning wasn't heeded? JRM · Talk 10:52, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
