Document FISA database errors

The article says that this is the oldest regatta on the Thames, but I see no justification for the claim. The regatta website [[1]] refers to the 1850s and 1860s, and takes 1867 as the official foundation date. HRR had, of course, been founded in 1839. Perhaps better to say "... one of the oldest ..."?
