Telephone exchange
[edit]I don't think it's terribly important to mention that phone exchanges for Wappingers Falls were AXminster-6, AXminster-7 and AXminster-8, since that was phased out in the 1960s.
Text moved from article
[edit]I don't think this belongs in the article, but it bears mention here at least in case someone tries to re-add it:
Other places of worship previously cited in this article were done so incorrectly as they are located in the town of Wappinger or are in the Town of Poughkeepsie with a Wappingers Falls mailing address. The Kagyu Thubten Choling Tibetan Buddhist Center is located on Sheafe Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie however it has a Wappingers Falls mailing address.

Proposed merge of Wappingers Falls Village Hall
[edit]Responding to the proposed merge of Wappingers Falls Village Hall into this article. I do not think it appropriate since that building is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places and should remain a separate article.--Pubdog (talk) 22:59, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
