Gunther/WALTER

[edit]

I think the WALTER/Gunther thing is too early yet to assume that WALTER is Gunther. Also, when referring to WALTER as his ring name, it should be stylized in all caps, like WALTER. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 45.94.174.81 (talk) 08:53, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Walter (wrestler)Gunther (wrestler) – Per WP:NAMECHANGES. Majority of the sources call him Gunther since he was called up to SmackDown and it's the current IC Champion. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 10:59, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Fix topic

[edit]

In the second paragraph, he is referred to as a 5 time world-champion in professional wrestling. He held a "World" championship in wXw, Progress, and PWG. The way it is stated in the article, it's like these titles are equivalent to World Titles belonging to major promotions(AEW, WWE, NJPW, TNA, etc). I think this is inaccurate and misrepresentation of facts. 216.208.243.80 (talk) 11:43, 12 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there. I'm a little late to reply, but I ought as well say that each of the world titles that Gunther has won, like all world championships, are that of great legitimacy, regardless of the labels that have been put on. A minor or major promotion does not have to be of certification or legitimacy to hold a world championship; it is only as long as it has a withstanding hold on the overall industry in kayfabe and in business. Gunther is a six-time world's champion, and that shall remain. Frippinator (talk) 16:30, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What is this sentence meant to say?

"Gunther would prefer into Priest's personal life by referring to Priest" - not sure what this sentence is meant to be saying, but it doesn't make any sense as written. 2A00:23C6:761A:5501:9425:43DC:E687:6BE (talk) 16:17, 4 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
