Move to Walnut Street Bridge (Harrisburg) from (Pennsylvania)
[edit]Should this article have this title? There's a Walnut Street Bridge in Philadelphia as well. Izzycat 03:03, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
I completely agree...page moved on 13 December 2006. Wrightchr 17:55 13 December 2006 (UTC)
I submitted a link to a Youtube video showing the footage of the bridge's western span collapsing and being destroyed upon collision with the Market Street Bridge downriver. The footage was an uploaded tape of a WHTM-27 News broadcast. In that broadcast they specifically said they were plying it in its entirety because "they thought that you would like to have it for your file tape as well". It was reverted.
I am not getting into a fight with a bot, so here's the link anyway: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DxG9yOS1dQ , or when that gets deleted just copy/paste the article name into Youtube's search and it's the first result. While I understand why Wikipedia has chosen to create this policy, in this case it is misguided, and being reverted without consideration by a bot is somewhat distasteful for me as it was historically relevant to the subject and was not spam. I suppose the argument can be made that it was a copyright violation, but given the official stance as voiced by the newscasters on the matter I'm inclined to discount such an assertion. 67.234.205.93 (talk) 20:00, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
