Original name & establishment date
[edit]Something is wrong here. The school definitely was either not established in 1947 (just because the Act authorizing such schools was passed in that year does not mean that all such schools were immediately established) or was not called the "George C. Wallace" school at the time of its establishment; Wallace wasn't elected Governor of Alabama for another decade and a half after this time and was not really anyone in particular in 1947 for whom to name a school. So which is it -- was the school established later (say, after he was governor) or established in 1947 or so and then subsequently named for him after he was elected governor? 2600:1004:B15E:5998:4934:AC50:275B:2742 (talk) 02:48, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
