Interpreting the act

I have no opinion on this (edits today) either way. However, it raises an interesting point that affects numerous wp articles. An act of parliament is primary - the opinion of the parliament. What that it means should be confirmed by a RSS. I think a judges ruling amounts to a RSS in that regard. It is not up to us to interpret the law, however obvious the law might appear to be.
