Confusing link to Transport for Wales (brand)
[edit]In this revision User:Rodw changed the link to the Transport for Wales brand (which Keolis/Amey operated the franchise under) to point to the article for the new operator of the franchise, Transport for Wales Rail Limited.
The paragraph currently reads:
In October 2016, Abellio, Arriva, a Keolis/Amey joint venture and MTR Corporation were shortlisted to bid for the next franchise. It is operated by the Transport for Wales brand.
This doesn't seem right, as the current company can't be the brand, they just operate under the same "Transport for Wales" brand. I think it would be clearer if the link instead pointed to the Transport for Wales article, as they're the owner of the brand. That article briefly discusses the introduction of the brand in the second paragraph under "History".
If nobody objects I'll change the link to point to Transport for Wales, and do a few clean ups to tense in the same paragraph as some things are now in the past.

- I have no objection. Back in January, when I made this edit, Transport for Wales was a disambiguation page (fixed with this edit). It is now an article so this seems fine.— Rod talk 07:07, 26 October 2021 (UTC)
