"Kasasengari" citation

I noticed that the sfn ref for "Kasasengari 1967" doesn't point to anything and attempted to find a matching reference to add it. However the only results I can find for the search string "Kasasengari 1967" (without quotes) are this article and mirrors of it. I don't want to remove the text it's appended to just yet as it seems to have been the subject of sectarian edit warring in the past, but I'm concerned that a phantom citation added in a drive-by IP edit may not exist.
