- ... that major league baseball player Wade Meckler was 4 feet 10 inches (1.47 metres) tall, and weighed 75 pounds (34 kilograms), as a high school freshman? Source: "As a freshman at Esperanza High School in Anaheim, the undersized outfielder measured only 4-foot-10, 75 pounds"

- Comment: Was created as a redirect exactly one month ago, and Stonecold415 turned it into an article on 16 Aug. An IP user has tidied up the article and has asked me to nominate it on their behalf (the same IP has asked me a number of times) and they will provide the QPQ and sort out any issues should there be any. They'll monitor this nomination page and chip in if and when needed. The IP has suggested the hook and I reckon it's a good one! Schwede66 04:18, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Wade Meckler; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.
- I performed the QPQ at Template:Did you know nominations/Martha Holliday (and now reflected that above), which is good to go.2603:7000:2101:AA00:D2D:8862:1D25:CC55 (talk) 23:01, 16 August 2023 (UTC)
